Our overall experience was great. Chad was very helpful.
We came from out-of-town and the vehicle was just as described. One thing that could have been better for us, would have been to have received the vehicle with a full tank of gas, especially since the dealership knew we drove over 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. Also, we were given a $25 voucher, but the gas station only filled up the tank to the 1/4 mark (which is only about $10 worth of gas).
That small courtesy of a full tank would have been worth the minimal cost in terms of client satisfaction.

Just bought my first truck
I have bought many cars from many dealerships and just bought my first truck from Chad Werth at stop 23 in Listowel and couldn't be happier with the service i received. He kept me up to date with the truck made sure i got what i wanted and answered all my questions that i had. I will gladly go back gain for my next vehicle.

Great experience
I can honestly say that ive purchased many vehicles in my life but have never dealt with a more down to earth, easy to get along with sales person as chad weurth. Almost like we've known eachother for years. Definitely recommend stop 23 and plan on doing business in the future (well worth the 4 hour drive) thx again chad

Mark did a great job explaining the many features of this car.
