I was told parts have been ordered and will arrive within 3 - 5 days. It is almost a month now.

Outstanding from beginning to end.
I had a warranty claim for the replacement of the airbag.
The dealership was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
They provided a loaner vehicle, and exceeded expectations in every way.

Very satisfied with my visits for service
Replacement of 4 tires because of wear (and damage to one). Also had tires balanced. Due for oil and filter change so also had that completed. Was offered a ride but chose to wait. Staff member was polite, informative and he kept me posted as time went on. The waiting room was comfortable. I have always had very positive experience with staff at this dealership.

Oil Change and Break inspection
Everyone was very helpful and provided all information required. I was worried about squeaking brakes, but was re-assured that they were fine and explained why they may squeak on occasion.

Very good service. Loaner car was provided. I was kept informed about the progress of my recall repair during the day.
