Purchase of 2017 Audi A4
Blair facilitated the transaction with patience and accommodating flexibility in a scenario where the customer (me) was ambivalent about his objectives. I appreciated the no pressure approach.

Responsive, professional and respectful to our needs and choices
Updated early to a current Q5 with additional safety options and were treated with a can do attitude that showed willingness to conduct a fair deal that we were satisfied with. Only regret is we couldn't order our Porsche from Blair (although Simon is equally satisfying to deal with).

Great service
My experience with actually buying my car was great. The service when i came to pick up my new car was not so great. The car is so Itech (i had a corolla 2009 before that) so I'm not used to any of the tech in the car. I thought she was going to show me everything but she didn't. I had to figure out by myself. But the rest was excellent, my first oil change/service was great.
