Block heater needed replaced
No need for $180 diagnostic check. Had electrician to check outlet it was grounded. Cud of just gone to a garage and had my block heater replaced without paying the $180 chg

Didn't get called my car was finished with
Brought my car in for a recall. I wasn't told how long it would take, so I took the shuttle home. That was at about noon. I waited at home the following day till about 3pm at which time I called to inquire about my vehicle's status. Turns out it was finished. Maybe you guys were just busy that day and forgot, but I thought I'd let y'all know about it so you can try and do even better! Thanks for reading

Customer service was excellent but I was not impressed by the wait time
I was given excellent customer service but I was not impressed by the 45 minute wait time for an oil change. I come to the drive thru for the quick service and was not expecting a long wait.
