Good customer service. Debris dropped into blower fan while changing air filter. Workers brought in vehicle after complaint and were very apologetic while vacuuming out the debris that fell.

It was all good
Jimmy contacted us by phone and were very happy with his service. We were very impressed with Sheldon who took us out for a drive. Jason topped everything off financially. Charles met our offer and voila we have a beautiful new Cadillac!

Service and replaced fuel filter housing
Encountered some troubles while doing a routine service on my truck. The staff worked hard to ensure that I had transportation while my truck was down and tried to expedite the process as much as possible. When they where unable to get my truck going that day they put me into a vehicle to drive home. I appreciate what they did to ensure I was able to get home. Thank you!

Service assistant didn't know his job very well as he misinformed me about the procedure my truck was to go through
Was led to believe the recall on my block heater was to just change the cord. It in fact needed to be replaced all together. Took me three tries to get booked in satisfactorily. The representative on the phone was rather rude and unwilling to take into account my situation.
