Murray GM Moose Jaw

Had a fuel smell coming in to vehicle. Had vehicle assessed and was determined all was in proper working order. Assessor called for further info to ensure full understanding of issue was known.

We were shuttled to our appointment by a friendly chauffeur. It was determined that the car not only required a belt, but also a pulley, which had to come from Edmonton the following morning, so our chauffeur drove us to Budget Rental where we rented a Nissan. Around closing time on Saturday, we were informed that struts etc were damaged and the car was probably unsafe to drive home. Parts were to be in M. Jaw by Wednesday. We took the rental car to our farm and Don returned on Wednesday afternoon to Budget where MGM's courtesy shuffle met him and drove him to MGM where he picked up the repaired car. I had tires changed, cruise control fixed and another sensor fixed. As always the staff at the Murray Dealership in Moose Jaw are second to none. Always most courteous and very caring.

Everything went very smooth and fast! Ross was great to deal with. I am overall happy with the experience.
