Once we sorted out some misinformation, everything was great
Chery and management honored a quote I was given on the phone, carried out the winter ready service package and washed my vehicle.
I got a call the next day to review the vehicle check and was informed of some work that would need doing. Service was very prompt and courteous.

Oil change.
The service was great, however the price of the oil change should have included the oil filter, plus shop supplies should not be extra charge.

Great Service
Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of their work. From management to all employees that have their specific assignments, they work very hard at pleasing the customer. They repaired what was needed even though there were things that may need attention down the road, they never pushed for things to be done during visit but recommended consider those needs in the future. Again excellent and timely service!
