The sales rep and the rest of the supporting staff were very engaged and i would recommend Murray Cadillac in Moose Jaw to anyone!
The sales rep I had, Rick Diacon, was very courteous, on time, knowledgeable and what he could not answer, he brought in the experts. The business development manager was also very courteous and welcomed me to the Murray GM family. I was given a tour of all the facilities and service departments and i was very impressed by the cleanliness of this dealership. The tech expert walked me through all the features of the vehicle and they even delivered the vehicle to my home in Regina.

Excellent.I had a WOWWWW experience with this dealership.
This dealership was amazing. We were contacted by Zeb Smith on our way from Yorkton to Moose Jaw. When we arrived he was waiting for us & the vehicles we were interested in were sitting out front for us to view as well as in the show room. From the minute we arrived everything went very smoothly & a deal was made very quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable staff & management made this a very positive experience. We would highly recommend this dealership to family & friends. They went over & above for us when we realized that there was no block heater in the vehicle. They promised to put one in for us.

Unnecessary work done by service staff. I won't be back.
I asked for a leaky transmission fitting to be addressed and the Murray GM service technician replaced all of the transmission lines. $600 cost for a $50 problem.
Murray GM Service technician identified a crankshaft location sensor as the reason for an ABS and Stabilitrak warning light and offered to change it at a $500 cost. A second mechanic at a different location replaced a faulty tire pressure monitor sensor and fixed the problem.
I'm fine paying for repairs that need to be done. I'm not okay with dealerships that pad service orders and provide incorrect information to customers.

Incomplete
My service request was incomplete. I asked for my tail lights to be replaced the previous visit and this was never completed. So this most recent visit I asked yet again as they were still burnt out and they completely screwed them up. Now when I brake, my backup light comes on and when I signal, both lights flash back and forth on the one side. I was also told that I would be notified in a matter of a few days when their “system” was back up and running for a quote for some more work to be done on my vehicle. I am still waiting for hear back and I think it’s been almost 2 months. There was also some “issue” when replacing the tail lights that they needed this “system” for to “check” the issue on it? I was never notified in that regard either. I will have to get my vehicle in to have the lights corrected and I may not plan to return for more work at this service shop.
