Dishonest poor work
My truck was in the body shop after I hit a pole. They were unable to secure a rental car for the first half of my claim because they only use one company that had no cars in town. Then when i got my truck back a fender bolt was not installed , there was a gap in my bumper where it was damaged. I was mocked because they cleaned my truck when they were not asked to and there was allegedly 40 lbs of dog hair. I thought my truck was there for collision damage repair not detailing service. They will not fix the issue I have been lied to by the collision center assistant manager and now have to go to mpi for a quality check on their work. This is not my first issue with this body shop. Steer clear of this body shop. Go literally any where else. Unless you like having a clean not properly repaired vehicle. And don't make fun of your customers. It's rude and uncalled for.

Wrong part
Tried to return parts rotors and were wrong size and was told because I ripped the box I wasn’t going get my money back for one part wasn’t told I needed my vin to get right tried to blame me jerkS at Craig Dunn wasn’t told ripped box Policy like they told me I knew it nope I didn’t plus I wanted right part I can’t wait 6 Business days because your parts department isn’t serious about customer satisfaction not impressed I would not take any more of my service there bunch of crooks.

VIN was requested by parts consultant, customer could not supply. All special order parts are non-returnable as stated on the customer invoice. Open parts are non-returnable, any part returned, part and packaging must be in resalable condition.

I explained my preferences
Was shown pictures and features explained. As a result, I made the 7 hour drive to trade in my vehicle. Unsure if I got the fair trade in value I only expect honestly which is what I hoped I got. I explained my comfort zone financially but felt add ons to paperwork increased my bi-weekly. Overall, I liked the truck shown to me and left happy.
