The process was very efficient!
Oil change, was dealt with efficiently and respectfully. The whole process was just over 30 minutes! Felt no stress or hassle.

Oil Change
The service was exemplary, as always. They took the car to move it to the body shop which is where the oil changes are now done. I went to the reception area to wait. Within 12-15 minutes, the fellow doing the oil change brought me my keys and directed me to the parking lot where the car was parked.

Lack of communication and information before visit
Asked if needed ride home one would assume longer job found out done 20 Mins or so never got call back to tell me finished as I took ride home should assume I might need ride back. Car sat on lot one whole day I called next afternoon to find out done. Also repair I guess is as good as it can be but not what I thought was happening to car. So this experience was not good. Won’t say that about all of my dealings have enjoyed dealing with you so this one left a sour taste in mouth

it was disappointing finding out my price went up nearly 100$, plus the problems with vehicle were still there.

oil and filter change to total cost 190 the worker said, when I got there I ended up having to pay nearly 280, then the problems were still there with the vehicle. engine problem not fixed and still struggling and Im paying for this lease, and repairs not being done with this vehicle.

Thanks for your Review Wes. The initial Semi Annual Inspection does not cover Wiper Blades or replacement of any of your additional filters. Those costs would have been reviewed with your by your Service Consultant before installation on your vehicle.

Told them already a very insulting offer on my 2011 trade in. When Craig dunn said himself to me that he knew it was a unfair trade in offer on my truck and yes that he could sell my 2011 for 19000.00 to 20000.00 easily.
