I have a very bad experience with this Ford Flex Limited FWD model. Very Very Bad Vehicle, Parts not available. Every 3 to 4 months ends up in the mechanic shop. Steering controls fell apart, had to replace Steering shaft costing $1200+ tax. Steering lines started to leak, parts not available anywhere in Canadian dealership. Steering pump had to be replaced parts not available anywhere in Canadian dealership. Do not waste your money in Ford vehicles. Total cost of repairs in 6 months $6500 CDN. Not worth it.

I Dealt with Marco and I'm not impressed. I went with him because a friend referred him. They bought a car and had great service but their income is also government cheques...easy peasy. My credit wasn't the greatest and I work seasonally so there was a little more work to do, too much for Marco I guess because he just stopped responding to me, after is given him all of my personal info. He didn't answer my calls emails or texts. This went on for weeks. I tried many times to reach out with no success. I went to Canada drives and within three days I had a 2015 Jeep Patriot high altitude fully loaded in my driveway... Get rid of Marco and you may have a better reputation unless accepting customers with only child tax credit, disability, pension or other government payouts is all you do , us working folk don't count.

The sales department was good but was not knowledgeable on the details of our vehicle we were not told if we have any type of warranty coverage

Disappointed in the fact that I have had to bring my van back at least 6 times in less then two months and I'm still having issues. I don't live close and its time consuming and frustrating. Sales wasnt so great but service dept has been amazing.
