100% would not recommend. Took my vehicle in that was still on warranty. They 'couldn't fix' the issue i was having (yes it was a legitimate issue) and basically told me that i would have to continually bring the vehicle in for the issue and once my warranty was over that i would need to start paying to have it fixed. Drove my vehicle away from the lot after they 'fixed' the issue (which was taking the part off and upgrading it with the same part but just a better part number they told me), and within 10 minutes of driving, the exact same issue happened. I could go on, but you get the picture. This was over the course of 2 years from a brand new vehicle. I have also asked multiple times to be removed from their marketing emails/calls/texts which never happens.

I witnessed complete definition of customer service through the help of your sales representative Isaiah Complido who demonstrated great expertise in answering all questions and providing solutions that met my expectations. Based on this, I will recommend anybody to SMP anytime. Thank you. Charles
