Friendly, knowledgeable, and cares about your concerns.
I have been coming into SMP for over seven years, and Rebecca has always been great at checking into warranty work, and seeing that your concerns will be looked into. I have always been impressed by her knowledge, and what she does not know she has always checked in with the service team to find an answer. I have always appreciated her help, and checking in with me to see if I want to go ahead with the job, once it and the cost have been explained.

SMP IS GREAT
ebecca Friesen is our service advisor at SMP and she provides excellent service. She is always quick to answer any questions and provide any additional information we may need. She is the exact reason we buy our vehicles at SMP

I couldn’t have asked fir better service.
Rebecca is s great; knowledgeable, and always so friendly. Highly recommend using her to support you with your service needs! Ever time I have come in she does her best to have my needs met promptly.

As good as could be expected.
