We were looking for a new truck as our former truck needed some major repairs. Dan and his team took our worries away by providing us with a fair trade in value for the existing unit - making it a no brainer decision to move forward with the purchase. We didn't really budget for a new vehicle this year; however, Dan assisted with working out some options with the finance dept to make this happen. From the moment Jamie took the truck for a test drive to the day we took delivery of the truck, we were offered excellent customer service. Dan, Jilene, and Darian were patient as we made our decision, they walked us through any questions or concerns and took a genuine interest in our needs. They even sent me roses after the deal was sealed, how thoughtful! I was not impressed with the cost of service. I use to have a good feel when I did business with the company over the past 10 years, but this visit left me feeling dissatisfied. The oil change has never cost this much and I just didn't get the same "friendly" vibe.

Kennedy was very polite and genuinely wanted us to find our perfect fit. We found her very enthused about her job. For finance we dealt with Brandon, he was very knowledgeable and understanding; I found it took a while to hear back and found myself calling for updated details. The manager we dealt with I wasn't impressed with as we left with one deal and seems it was changed in the process; in the end though everything worked out as we had planned and we're happy with it all.

The girls were great, they made sure I understood everything. Made us feel very comfortable with our discision. Thanks girls.
