still hven'tt fixed my scre in door

all of the above, my door hasn't been mentioned lately. I gave up on it.

Nothing special just a routine dealership visit

Nothing special occurred just a routine dealership visit. As always tried to get me to fix things extra then what I went in for. Then never included their concerns in my print out.

I am disappointed in the lack of attention paid to detail when I bring my vehicle in.

I was asked to bring my truck in for updates based on recalls and picked it up with no updates done. I now have to bring it back sometime and am driving it with a recall which probably should be completed(shift into neutral). I also had my oil changed when I brought it in and the technician over filled it. I had to bring it back to have some drained.

Robert, we apologize for the oil overfill. Our records indicate that the problem was, fortunately, quickly rectified. In addition, we have taken steps to make sure the number of such events is kept as close to zero as possible. Good service and helpful.

Did an oil change and looked at future work to do on the car. Nice to have a history on the car at hand.

Terrible service.

Never buying a vehicle there again. Why sell extra warrenty when your not gonna cover it anyway. What a load of shit!!

Hi Thomas, thank you for your concerns. The issues covered by warranty are dependent on the type of warranty that was purchased. In order to determine whether your warranty does indeed cover your recent repairs, I suggest checking with your Business Manager here at SMP and they can inform you whether or not it does.
