When i traded in my hybrid and being a new customer to buying a brand new vehicle. I found that i had buyers remorse due to the fact that the new car wasnt anything like my old car. When i finally signed all the paper work the sold sign and other stuff that should have been removed were not. honestly if they werent trying to get a car off their lot and actually have a customer leave happy they should suggest a similar vehicle to the one the customer previously had. and when i inquired to swap this vehicle with a hybrid it would have cost me another 200 a month extra cause they have to buy out the one i just got.
All in all my experience was not terrible. But what upset me was I was not told about a few problems with the car until after I had completed my purchase. I feel like I was also treated a bit different because of my younger age.
