Accommodating, knowledgable and courteous

They were very pleasant and explained everything and helped me to set programs up. Alden showed me around the dealership and introduced me to different employees.

AMAZING!!

I was supposed to be leaving my car overnight. My husband got called out of town. SMP said they would give me a car to use because I don't live in Saskatoon. When I got there, Crystal started doing the paperwork right away. When she realized what had to be done to my car, she got it fixed right away! I waited about 20 minutes and they were done! It was really great service!!!

My invoice says that customer was advised of maintenance past due items. No one said anything to either of us. Does this effect warranty?

Hi Darlene. The items that are listed under "past due" are the recommended maintenance items. Some of the items, if not done, could potentially cause issues with warranty. For example, if you don't change your transmission fluid and it fails, the warranty may be voided. Please call us at (306) 242-5552 if you have any more questions.

Repair on my Chevy Traverse 2011 Dashboard (driver side, dated Sept 22, 2014) said was OK, but it became worst and nosiy!

My Chevy Traverse 2011 Dashboard should be fixed but becomes more noisy.
