The people at SMP make the experience easy and worry free. I never have to worry about a ride, the shuttle service is awesome and they always have my car ready when I need it. Usually they even wash my car, but not this time for some reason, when I got my car back, it was dirtier than before. It did rain that day and they did take it for a couple test drives, but I was a little disappointed. Regardless, I was still 100% satisfied with my visit.

Oil change required and technician found a few leaks. Work done quickly and Crystal was great at keeping me informed and doing checks on warranty and service history. Crystal was excellent.
