Our Equinox had a scheduled appointment for an oil change. Doug reviewed our file and determined that we required a wheel rotation. Doug was extremely professional and more importantly friendly. Wonderful service and a wonderful smile.

Brandon was accurate in the details of our service at 9:00am however as I had specifically asked for our service be completed by 2pm and I had to call at 2:15 a few times I did not feel at this point the customer service was its best.
