Terrible

Terrible experience!! thought I'd give it a second chance going there I'll never go there again and I'm telling everyone I know and helping spread the word about what a terrible place SMP is to deal with. End of story!!

Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish

Fantastic service from start to finish! Allan in sales was great to deal with - felt like family :) - up front and honest and made us aware of every option available to us. Tamara and Dean in finance were awesome and made us fell right at home and it was was smooth sailing with 0% financing :) On the day of pickup, signing was thorough and efficient and when it came time to get in my new SUV, Allan set everything up with on-star - oh and gave me a tour of all the departments so I would be familiar when I come in for service etc. Seriously could not be happier with the service provided at SMP - I will definitely highly recommend to my friends and family!

super salesmen to deal with really knows his general motor products

Dan has always gone the extra mile to make sure that i get the vehicle i want. he also puts the extra effort in after the vehicle sale to make sure all is well with me and the dealership. Thanks Dan!!
