Very good friendly, knowledgeable. I also enjoy that at SMP they notify you of basic vehicle maintenance that is needed. They have taken care of me, are honest and treat me very well.

My appointment was to be held over until next working day due to overloaded work in the shop. I was not able to accommodate this request and the work was completed as originally scheduled.

Taking my car to SMP was not a disappointment or hassle. Communication regarding the entire process of my recall was very clear and follow up phone was not expect, but appreciated as I had additional questions that I didn't think of at the time of picking my car up. Thanks for a great experience!
