Everything was good, but I had an oil change done in June and the techs didn't reset the " change oil message". I had asked on the servise order on the 24th for it to be reset and it was not.
I and three other people have tried to reset this message according to the manual and it does not work. Please advise how I reset this?

Took vehicle in for a Warranty recall, repair was assessed and parts had to be ordered from the US. I had my vehicle back just after lunch and will need to take it back once parts arrive.
