Alden is a person i feel comfortable with and TRUST which you have to have in any type of person especially a sales person.
I am very happy with Aldens performance to date he even called me asking me to stop into the dealership to go over trucks options so I knew what they were and how to operate. I have a couple issues which Alden has set up for Tuesday august 11th-2015 to handle when I have my extra protection I purchased applied.
I have dealt with SMP in previous said I would never go back but dealing with Alden I really believe I am going to have a more pleasant experience. He is a great improvement to your dealership in my opinion.

Amazing experience.
After another dealership sold the truck I told them I was buying the next day I decided to go to SMP. I saw the truck that I wanted their and they did everything they could to get me into the truck. They didn't try to sell me another truck unlike the other dealership. I would highly recommend Allen and SMP to anyone for a car purchase.

i was shown the vehicle (Grand Prix Pontiac) upon arrival. I was offered food and drink which made me feel very welcomed and I felt as though I was at home. It was a prime time!
Provided a lot of options to suit my requirements. The sales person, Eben, was excellent. The finance manager, Jeff, went through all the finance paperwork very throughly and that was greatly appreciated. Jeff was also hilarious, which made the experience that much more enjoyable.
