The process of purchasing a car can be incredibly stressful; SMP took that part out of the equation.
Randy Swistun was great to work with. He was engaging, and knowledgable, and appears to truly enjoy what he's doing. When it came time to pick up our new car, he came in on his day off to go through all of the last minute details and get things set up. I hope he knows how much it was appreciated!

Car delivery experience and new vehicle walk thru was great
SMP arranged to pick us up at a site outside of the city so my spouse would not have to drive her car in the city. Also, lent me a courtesy car to arrange for vehicle registration and insurance. Fluid levels were topped off and OnStar was setup before leaving the new vehicle delivery bay.
