Found just what I wanted in used.

Found me used with the features and color choice I wanted,friendly phone calls and not pushy

The used vehicle buying experience was professional, courteous, respectful and fun.

I met Greg Lemon for the first time last week when I popped in to check out the SMP used truck line up. With a few questions for me, he quickly listed a number of trucks that fit both my budget and interests. He was very thorough about providing information about a truck I had become quite interested in, providing fact sheets for me to take home and study along with making a point about several special options that did not normally come with this particular model. Being pressed for time that day, I made an appointment to meet the following Saturday and made a deal with him, every body from Greg, Kelly Cherneski (Sales Manager), Kelly Hewitt (Finance Specialist) and the detailing bay personnel did go out of their way to make every step of the buying experience enjoyable. I have dealt here in the past and will likely do so in the future as the need arises. I recommend that other people looking for a vehicle come see Greg Lemon and the rest of the staff at SMP.

Poor Service - No contact

I had previously written a review indicating the lack of service from SMP. Here I will tell the story of what happened. I was contacted by a rep from SMP and I explained what had happened with the door lock on my truck. She stated that she would get back to me or someone else would. 4 Day later I still have not been contacted. Further goes to show the lack of service. This indicates to me that the experience that I have gone through means little or nothing to the company. Again I can not recommend this service department to anyone. Brent

Hello Brent, we apologize for any miscommunication. We have had a chance to review your situation and see that you spoke with our Service Centre Manager the day of your visit. As was explained at the time, the problem with your door was not related to previous work and is therefore not a warranty item. You were simply charged the appropriate amount for taking the door apart, diagnosing the problem, and putting the door back together, as you did not want to do repairs at that time. Nonetheless, we sympathize with the fact that it can be frustrating to need repairs to the same area of a vehicle more than once in less than a year. Therefore, we offered to complete the repairs at no further charge to you, including cost of the parts. Your Service Advisor called you to remind you of this, as did our Customer Service Representative a short time later. Perhaps your contact information is not accurate. Please give us a call to make a set up a drop off time to fix your vehicle at no charge.
