They are not in for the customer , left my car in worse shape then when i first brought it in with my rodent damage ICBC claim. They were rude and unkind, never offered a shuttle service after i couldnt afford a rental car , was left on my own to wait, my neighbor was coming to pick me up after waiting 2 hours of having no one offer me the shuttle service. very sad, i told them about 5 times i had to get home to my daughter who needs to go to the clinic with an ear ache, i found out they had shuttle service after i mentioned to the front desk i was waiting for my kind neighbor to pick me up .. then she said we have shuttle service ... i was steaming mad ... no courtesy i got blamed for not asking them for the shuttle service , did not own for their fuck ups , they got paid $3000 from ICBC and left my car in worse damage, my trusted family mechanic reffered me to them because he is not ICBC related shop so that s the only reason i went there trusting they would take care of my HONDA car... nope they dont care do not go there

We met with Frank, who we had dealt with before. He was very friendly as usual. He showed us what we were looking for and we left with a deal. Happy and satisfied so far.

The staff were very efficient and courteous and the servicing was completed in the time they estimated.and done correctly. This includes the driver that gave me a ride to and from the dealership.

I had some small work done to the body of my vehicle (rust spots and a scratch repaired) at the spa. . The work was done promptly and as promised. The service was amazing as usual!

I am doing my car service last 20 years at Jonker honda. This time I was notsatisfied. My car service lights were not reset. I had to visit to get them reset. My friend checked the oil condition and showed me it was bad.
