Frustrating
Hi. I brought my car in for an oil change and to investigate why the checked engine light was on.
The oil change was done without issues.
Impressed by the drop off and pick up shuttle.
The OEM intake manifold was replaced after an engine smoke test was performed.
When I got my car back, the check engine light was off. The next morning it was back on.
The service guys concluded that the light was still on as I needed a new gas cap. So I purchased it and replaced it. Check engine light remains on.
Brought the car to another mechanic. They hooked it up to the computer and it gave the code P 2243 A/F sensor Ref volt circ open.
I have not had the time to bring the car back in.

Inept
The reason for my visit was not addressed. In addition, I did not receive a call notifying me of problems until late afternoon at which point I was told mechanics were going home and problems cotld not be addressed until the next day. Estimate was not prepared, I had to wait an additional hour to receive it. I was then assured work would be done first thing in the morning. At 11 am work had yet to be done. When I finally received my car, the central problems were still not fixed. Extremely disappointed in quality of service and customer car. Will not be returning.

Very unprofessional crew, no follow ups, not concerned for their customers, poor service, poor dealership, never buy from them again
