We were very pleased with the service provided by the dealership. Our sales rep was very good. He took time with us and listened to our needs and found us a vehicle to suit those needs.

The salesman was very nice and all dealings were respectful and professional. I had a 2004 Ram Truck and loved it. I told them I needed the truck to pull my gooseneck horse trailer and he told me that the 2017 1500 Ram that I was sold would do way more than my old truck. I have put 5,000 km on the new truck and it does not pull like my old truck and when I hook on the gooseneck trailer, the bed of the truck goes very low and I have not got a full load in the trailer. Also, the new truck will not pull a load of round bales of hay where my old truck did it easily. I am very disappointed in my new truck. I have e-mailed the salesman only yesterday letting him know I am not happy and wondering what I can do.
