Ali Said was very respectful, knowledgeable and funny. He answered every question and gave a lot of information. Actually I hadn't intended to buy at this point but was rather on a reconnaissance mission, but he was so convincing that I decided to buy now rather than wait.

We went to Bank Street Mazda just to look and price a new vehicle (being long term Mazda customers) and walked out the proud owners of a 2018 Mazda 3 Sport GS. From the salesman Hussein Tohme to the Finance Manager Zein Jolan to the General Manager Kirk Cameron our experience was nothing short of amazing. Hussein responded to our e-mail request with a phone call minutes after we submitted it and everything just got better from there. He met us at the door when we arrived at Bank Street Mazda and quickly understood what we were looking for all around. Within an hour, including our test drive, he had offered us a deal that we could not refuse that included everything we wanted in a new vehicle - even though we had no intention of buying when we walked in the door. Zein then took us through the financial portion of the transaction painlessly and provided us with excellent information on the warranty and rust proofing packages which we subsequently purchased. The icing on the cake was an extremely frank discussion with Kirk about the dealership and our entire experience. Have already spread the work to numerous people about where they need to purchase their next vehicle. We picked up our vehicle the day after the purchase was finalized.
