Best Service I've ever had!
This was my 3rd vehicle purchase and I can say without a doubt that this was the best service I have ever received. Even after I left with my new vehicle they answered all of my questions and worries instantly with a smile :) Amazing buying experience. Thank you Sidd, Chris and Sales manager (whos name I cant remember)!

Great experience
Our mazda lease was coming to an end in about 4 months, so we decided to go car shopping. After going to a few places we decided to buy our car from Soheil Panahideh. He made this process seamless and we feel that we got the best deal there was out there for us. He listened to what we wanted and made it happened. Even after it was all set and done, he went out of his way to a few requests I had. Thanks Soheil and Bank Street Mazda

I just purchased a MX 5 RF from Christian Fuentes. He was great, listened to our needs and found the right car for me. No pressure to buy from anyone in the dealership. Treated me with respect. I would recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I love my new car!
I picked up my new car - a Mazda 3 hatchback (2018) - on Saturday, January 12th. I had to wait a bit longer for delivery because I wanted a manual transmission in deep blue crystal mica. It was worth the wait. Christian Fuentes was wonderful when I went in to shop in December. I never felt rushed, and although I had done some other shopping, and wasn't planning to make a decision or start a purchase that day, Christian took me through the process, and helped instil confidence in my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, but supported. I'm really pleased with the outcome, and can't wait to take my dog, Monty, for a ride in his new car :).

Trading my car
I bought a 2012 Mazda 3 last November and was told recently that Mazda wanted to buy my vehicle and put me into something newer. I recently went back to Mazda to see about them wanting to purchase my car. I am very displeased about the service i received as i went in multiple times for the same purpose as my calls were not being returned and no one was giving me any answers on this subject. It was a big slap in the face for me to have been told by the Finance Manager that i can't exchange my car every year. I found that very rude, abrupt and unprofessional to have an institution treat me this way. Not only did they insult me by doing this but they also low balled me on their offer. I am writing this post to warn other customers of their methods and intentions , i find it very disappointing to see this from Mazda.My personal experience has been very displeasing and I shall not return nor shall I recommend anyone to this dealership.
