Thank you to Ashur, Moe and Candice who made purchasing my first ever new vehicle a breeze. I live in a remote location so I had to do everything online and thru email and it wasn't the headache I thought it would be. All the extras I wanted added wasn't an issue and was completed. I finally received my car today on the sealift boat and she's everything I dreamed her to be!! Totally recommend Bank Street Hyundai to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Won’t return deposit
By way of update, I’m happy to report that the situation was remedied by the dealership. The issue seemed to have been that the person was on vacation who I had called, but I had no way of knowing this, so assumed - wrongfully - the worst. I have been totally reimbursed. Also, just to be clear, I didn’t intend to lay blame on anyone in my previous post - I do feel that the finance manager did his best for me under the circumstances. It just wasn’t the car for me in the end!
