Illegal Business, Terrible sales management, Intimidating...

Mitsubishi Orleans sold me a rental vehicle without mentioning to me about it or even stating on my documents. They have tricked me for being a first vehicle owner. Got my interests high and sold me services that they were enable to provide. I have been at the service shop in many occasions and they are actually very friendly and professional there but I can't say the same about the sales team. Today I've been in to have oil change done. They have informed me that I had to wait outside for approximately 45 minutes. I did and while I was walking looking at the cars, a couple of customers (seniors) were browsing the cars as well right beside me. They told me they were thinking about getting that car. And I alerted them that if they do, to check the VIN number, because I was sold a rental without information. The sales man heard me saying as he was walking towards the couple. He said "That won't happen on a new car". LOL Yes he said that! Customers walked away and left the shop. Angry, the sales man went in to grab his manager. Both of them approached me in a very intimidating way. The manager assumed that I was some random person and was walking around the parking lot looking for trouble. He didn't realized I was a bored customer walking around while waiting on my car. Instead he said I've been walking around approaching customers telling them to not buy there. Which is not true. After that he asked me to not do it again or leave the shop. He did not understand why the comment and why that would be a the tip of my tongue whenever I hear about that particular store. I did explain why the comment was made. He showed no sympathy for what his business is done to me and I told him that a comment like that, wouldn't upset them as much as I got after double checking my VIN number. I walked away since they were trying to kick me out. I was then waiting in front of the garage, waiting. Another customer came out and was waiting with me. She was a very friendly lady and we chatted for a bit, and even found out we knew someone in common. While we were chatting and waiting the sales man kept walking back and forward. Then the manager made two trips by us as well. On the second trip and came over with my car key that was already checked in the service shop, and told me to leave. I waited for that appointment for two weeks. I did get extra hours at work so I wouldn't miss the appointment. He said I should leave the shop because I was talking to his customers. He assumed that I was complaining about them again. Dilawri did not help me with the matter as my car is not a mitsubishi, even when they sold me that brand at their shop. Which is a Huyndai! The follow up with those concerns did not exist and other dealer was able to process my information. The manager is intimidating and unprofessional. Full of assumptions and revenge. Depending on me all his social medias and online reviews will have my comments on it. He tried to shut me down for saying something illegal that was done to me at their store. My voice will be heard! If you have an used car from this store, please check your vin number and contact OMVI.

You were banned from the property because you were approaching customers on the lot and trying to scare them off the lot. No business is going to tolerate this kind of behavior. When a manager came out to talk to you you put up your hoodie and tried to avoid him. We politely asked you to stop and you refused leaving us no choice but to report the incident and implement the ban.

Horrible service

They were absolutely horrible. They were uncooperative and not willing to work with us when we were willing to pay full asking price.

You wanted us to sell our retail used car to your friends dealership so you could buy it there instead. We do not do business that way. Sorry to have disappointed you.

Fabulous!!!!

Product Specialist, Fadi Hassan did a great job! He made the experience very enjoyable! The Finance Manager, Moe Turkie made the admin/ financial side of things very simple to understand! Smart 5 star guys!!
