We had an excellent experience buying a used car at Orleans Mitsubishi.
After three years of shopping for a car during the Covid pandemic we finally bought a used car at Orleans Mitsubishi. The car was in excellent condition and fairly price. We got true value for our money and feel that we were treated fairly and with respect. I truly feel that Orleans Mitsubishi operates with integrity.
Our salesman, Alex Gaudet, is a lovely young man who found us an excellent product at a reasonable price. He was extremely helpful but did not pressure us.

never go here to buy a car
We went there to buy a car on mutally agreed terms and we got there they changed their word seeing the car okay fine that is understandable.but they made us pay for the licensing fees for the car we didn't even buy

This is our 2nd vehicle from Mitsubishi Orleans. Braelyne Crete was instrumental in our decision to purchase a 2nd Mitsubishi vehicle.
I have absolutely no complaints. The minute my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Braelyne Crete was there for us and took care of us throughout the purchase of our vehicle. She walked us through every detail of the vehicle from A to Z. This is our 2nd purchase from Mitsubishi Orleans and I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle to check out this dealership.
Thanks again Braelyne for an excellent job taking care of my wife and I.

Disturbing our family could have been injured.
Used vehicle purchased should not have passed a saftey. The Saftey was done at a third party. Performance Auto. The vehicle needed a rear differential and drive shaft. All aprt of a safety inspection. Disgusted that these idiots would sell a vehicle not worthy of a safety for a family to ride down the hwy in. Where is your moral compass? Based on the sheets we were shown what was repaired they were sheets done by the dealership. However the work was obviously done by anything less then a glorified wheelbarrow fixer. Clearly these people know nothing about cars, what's required to safety a vehicle and oh did I mention customer service? It might not be today but your business ethics will catch up with you.

Vehicle misrepresented
When I test-drove my new car, one of the questions that I asked was "are the seats real leather"? I was assured by the saleswoman that yes, they are. Upon delivery, when everything was signed, then another salesman told me that no, they are not. The business manager then came out, and he wasn't sure. He had to look it up. Turns out they are "leather-appointed". He didn't know what that meant either and had to look it up. He then told me that it is a mix of real and fake leather. But I was told in no uncertain terms previously that they were in fact real leather, not a mix. That's a huge difference. I feel deceived, and did not get what I thought I was paying for. The dealership offered a "sincere" oops, sorry about that. And that was all. I have been a Mitsubishi owner for one day, and already regret the purchase due to the deceptive sales tactics of Orleans Mitsubishi. The whole new-car buying experience has been ruined for me. Beware!
