Product Specialist, Fadi Hassan did a great job! He made the experience very enjoyable! The Finance Manager, Moe Turkie made the admin/ financial side of things very simple to understand! Smart 5 star guys!!

My husband bought a Silverado from them not knowing what to expect from a Mitsubishi dealership. I have to say they surprised us with their knowledge of every car we inquired about. Martin was great and his manager Mike as well.

It's been over 10 months since I purchased my new Mitsubishi Outlander from Orleans Mitsubishi. I must say the vehicle has been great, but most of all I am impressed with the staff at the dealership.. Right from the moment I entered the building and met with Kalid, (who assisted in the selection of the vehicle), through the purchasing process (which was led by Moe) the experience was professional, comfortable, honest and upfront. Since taking delivery of the vehicle I've given a few calls to Kalid, at times on his day off, and he always took the time to answer the calls. As well, I must mention that the service department is refreshing. Ted is very professional, personable and runs an efficient crew of technicians. The most unprofessional business Ive ever seen. I have spent the last 6 months fighting for my rights, battling their ignorance, and suffering at their hands. I am young and they took advantage of that, lying to me, committing fraud on the safety check, and general negligence on the fact that they tried to sell me a rental vehicle. Simple mistakes or not, this business is the worst. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY with a heart beat. They withhold information, they manipulate you, they make you feel stupid and most importantly don't take responsibility for their actions.

I recently purchased a new Outlander From Orleans Mitsubishi. Chantal was a pleasure to deal with from Day 1, no pressure at all, excellent communication, fast replies before and after pick up. Highly recommended.
