Sold a used Acura SUV with broken rear struts and still not fixed 5 months later
Extremely disappointed in service and would never go back. Still waiting 5 months later to get the vehicle repaired and safe enough to drive. I'm paying for a vehicle that can't be safetied in Ontario, where I purchased itin Nov 2018 and March 2019 it's still not fixed.
Have been given excuses, the run around and everyone passing the buck, with no one taking responsibility for the problem. I phone Acura directly about parts and was told that the parts the car I bought needed are not available and have not been for awhile. So the dealership sold me a car that COULD NOT be fixed. I filed a claim with OMVIC and now after 5 months they are saying they can get different parts, and will fix it but this is only after OMVIC involvement.
Dilawri is in their company name but they are not part of the Dilawri group.
Moe was the guy who sold us the vehicle, Chantal was the salesperson and they both lied repeatedly.

1. You were in a rear end collision with your vehicle 1 month after taking delivery and then tried to get us to take it back but not failed to disclose the accident to us.
2. Your car passed a safety in Ontario and Quebec. As you are a QC resident we are required to completely ALL recommendations as per the QC ministry or they will not certify your vehicle. Your shocks were not listed as an issue but we agreed to try and fix the noise that was not a safety related issue.
3. The repairs are not yet completed because your husband told us not to contact you since ACURA has the parts on back order with an undetermined ETA. This is not something that is in our control. We offered to use aftermarket parts but you refused so as per your email request we did not contact you again.
4. Some time later your husband reached out to us again being belligerent and asking where the parts were. We obviously canceled the order when we were told not to contact you. We re ordered them again but there was a delay getting these parts but should be in next week and our service manager will contact you to bring in the vehicle
5. OMVIC has never contacted us because we've done nothing wrong and no one has lied to you.
6.Yes, we are part of the Dilawri group.

Outlander PHEV
I obsolutly love my Outlander PHEV. They were externally patient with me. I must have visited them 5 times before I decided to pull the plug and buy one. Amazing service.
