Very uncomfortable with all the extras that were strongly recommended-brake flush, oil flush, cabin air filter that I had already changed & high price service packages. I just wanted an oil change, that what I had booked.

All recommended services are designed to ensure your Toyota operates at its best. All our recommendations come from Toyota or from our Toyota Certified Technicians. Following the maintenance schedule set by Toyota is crucial to ensuring the longevity of your vehicle. We would not be doing our part without providing you with this information when you come in for service.
If you wish to only have oil changes done and not any of the other Factory recommended servicing, we would be more then happy to accommodate!
They were up front with all the repairs that had to be done.
Dropped off my vehicle needing a belt replaced and left town on business. They where very patient when trying to contact me for permission to go ahead with other work that needed to be done.
