We have had a few problems with the truck but have been supported with warrantees and good service. The staff, including garage to wash vehicles are always respective and very kind.

My husband and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle. We drove from Sudbury to shop. Believe it or not, but the service is better in North Bay. We have dealt with plenty of dealerships in the past but none of them even came close to North Bay Toyota, especially our experience with Roberto. He went out of his way to provide the best service and offered us an amazing deal that we couldn't refuse. Not only did he make us feel at home but he made us feel appreciated. My appointment for an oil change was at 2 PM and my car was still sitting in the bay at 3 PM.
