They were great
When I arrived they had asked me why I was there. I said for the oil & filter change. I was told I didn't have an appointment. Then I told them who I spoke to a week previous. Then they apologized and booked me in right away anyways.

We were on our way to Ottawa when our back brakes on our 2015 Camry started smoking just outside of Northbay. We turned around and headed to Northbay Toyota. It was lunch time and we didn't expect them to take us in right away (which was understandable) but the mechanic there took us in right away and fixed the problem (just a stuck park brake) in under an hour!!! Plus washed our vehicle after! On our way again!!! Awesome and friendly!!!Thank you!!!

It has been extremely difficult to get information from North Bay Toyota regarding my 2014 Sienna van. I am trying to update the navigation system and have had little success with this dealership. Laking Toyota in Sudbury responded promptly to an email request for information on the navigation system as did Toyota Canada.
