Gabriel was excellent, listened to what we needed and works his best to get us the truck we wanted at the price we wanted. Gave us a lot of good advise on the type of truck we needed and why the truck we bought was the best one for us. Also, treated my wife with a lot of respect and this was important to us as we did not buy a truck at the last dealership we visited as the sales person was not respectful and did not treat my wife with respect.

Shuttle
On arrival to leave my van for repair, I requested a ride home and was told yes no problem. I had to wait outside in the cold as it was cold that day, sitting on a bench in the shade. After 45 min I still had no ride I went to the door and a lady asked what I needed, I said I have been waiting 45 min for a ride home she will look into that. 15 min later I got my ride. Not good customer service. I understand with COVID we cannot go inside but don’t make people wait outside either in the cold or could have been raining at least put a small tent with the bench so we are not in the élimants of the weather.

My truck still isn’t fixed.
The service team I’ve dealt with seem like nice people but my engine light has been on since fall & I've been waiting 2 months for the part to come in
