Would definitely use again AND recommend to friends.
The two employees I dealt with were both amazing. I felt they respected me and my patronage. I was overjoyed to see the cleanliness of the vehicle. I thought the dolly was overpriced but the overall experience was truly a pleasure.

Please don't make me write 20 words. I've explained that it was a great experience and renting from them again this weekend. Please don't put a minimum on this.

Truck rental
Booking process was nearly impossible. Website did not provide accurate information for availability. It took three days to find a vehicle but availability was not an issue. Website offered vehicles that didn't exist at various locations. Sales personnel could not reserve vehicle. Was advised by sales person to call in daily to locate vechile. Making a reservation was not an option....I could not understand why.
Picking up the vechile was a hassle....felt like I was jumping through hoops. Other truck rentals have a streamline process. Discount Car Rental does not. I will not be booking or recommending your company in the future.

Rude customer services
The customer services lady was very rude. I am paying extra premium for rental insurance and it includes vehicles up to 4.5 tons. I showed these details to her and she made me call my insurance company, my insurance company person spoke to this lady and told her that i have rental insurance. Inspire of all these this lady made me buy insurance through discount company.
I do not recommend anyone to use their services.

quick thinknig
I had booked a oneway cargo van rental from DIXIE location near the airport 2 weeks in advance plus received a call from the branch asking when I would be picking up van yet despite all that (after a 35 $ cab ride from airport ) I arrived to find out they had rented the van I was to take and it was not back !!!! So i was then driven to the Streetsville location and a different van was arranged. Very nicely the manager there provided a slight discount on the rental ...which I fully appreciate. Still rather confused as to how that error could have been when I had recived a call from the Dixie location the night before.
