Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

Hi, I would like to show what I experienced last week. I rent the car only for one day last Saturday. It is my first time to rent the car using DISCOUNT and my second time to rent a car in Canada. I know the location is closed on Sunday so I asked the staff. The gentleman there told me that there will be someone checking my car on Sunday. So I drive my car to the location on Sunday. Unfortunately, no one was there (I took a picture to prove). I have to go back on Monday and was told that I was charged by two days rental fee and damage waive insurance. They told me I need to put the key in the drop box on Sunday which I know nothing about it. I am pretty sure I didn't hear any word about "drop box", and I am pretty sure they should show me where the drop box is. The drop box is on the side, which is so so covert. How can I find the drop box without instruction in advance? I try my best to be polite to the staff but they are not very polite to me. I was very upset about that. But the car is a nice car, I love it. Thank you so much. Hope for your reply.

Very professional service. I got a much bigger car than I had ordered at no additional cost. They also made sure I knew how all the car functions worked.

It was easy to reserve a vehicle by calling the main number. Service was good and return was easy with the drop box.
