Friendly and helpful staff
As it is not clear on the web-site that a new requirement has been imposed necessitating that full insurance papers be presented in order to waive additional coverage. I did not have such paperwork with me. While I was on-hold with my insurance company, your staff went out of their way to research whether the credit card I was supplying contained provided the necessary coverage.

Car needed not available
I wanted a Toyota Corolla or a comparable car. The car I own is a smaller vehicle. There was none available at time of rental.

Staff was very effective and friendly
Staff was very friendly and effective willing to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail and they also was kind enough to do a follow up call to see if I am satisfied with the vehicle the provide me.
