Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

Even though I had insurance,the manager wanted me to call my insurance with my phone to prove I had USA insurance,the vehicle vibrates at 90km/hr

The employee I spoke with did not seem to have a good understanding of rates and process. I asked about an ad on a van in the parking lot that stated a rate half of what i was being charged. Employee told me that i had to book online. I suggested I would do that., When i reread the ad it said vehicle was a daily return in order to qualify for the rate, employee should have explained that to me. I also needed to add my wife's name to the contract but was told she had to be present in order to do that. I asked if I would also have to be there as we work different shifts and that would be impossible. Employee replied no, only my wife had to attend. Of course i got a call later from another employee saying that he could not do as requested and i would have to attend again before my wife could drive the car. And also added there would be another fee which employee 1 said there wouldn't be! Very frustrating getting two stories from two employees of the same branch.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Was happy with everything, including the vehicle I was given. Returning the vehicle was hassle-free too.
