going beyond the call of duty!
I was already late to pick up my daughter from school, and I had an expired credit card on me. The discount staff drove me to the school, I picked up my kid, and then walked back to the store with the right card this time. No worries.

Took far too long to get into a vehicle. Would have taken longer if we didn’t change to a vehicle (truck) that we knew they had on the lot.
Staff was helpful, but we could have gone to the location that actually had the vehicle instead of being sent to this location and then waiting for a very long time.

Genuine, Helpful, Pleasant!
I was able to get my rental car without any hassell. I booked online with a discount code from Goodlife, it wasnt showing up on the reservation. Instead of the employee giving me a hard time, she went spoke to the manager to confirm, was able to apply the discount, and gave me an upgraded vehicle that was more like what I drive everyday. Great customer service! She was also training a newer employee at the time...I am sure they will be getting excellent training and knowledge from her.
