Great job by all at this branch. Extremely helpful
The staff here could not do enough for us. Vehicles and paperwork were ready and turn around on vehicles was very quick. They offered to shuttle us and pick trucks after our event. Makes logistics so much easier

Very efficient and kind
I rented a car for 2 days, the people at the counter were quick and efficient when I came in and then again when I returned the car. Nice experience.

Discount patched things up with this rental
The second last time I rented with Discount (Easter weekend), there was a problem with my reservation, so Discount gave me a free weekend to make up for the error. Discount also called me over the weekend to check in on how the rental was going. I really appreciated the call. And I appreciate this survey too. Thanks for the free rental, and thanks for reaching out and listening.

Booked from upper games branch then asked to pick up the car from deferent branch far away
Please make sure to give the client true information about where to pick up the car and not call them 2 hours from pick time and I form them the pick up the car from deferent location.

Car Rental Tuesday June 5,2018
The staff was great at the Hamilton location but upon arrival to pick up my car I was notified that they did not have a full size car that I had requested. I was told that online bookings do not guarantee the vehicle will be available. I reluctantly accepted the mid size car but for 4 grown adults it was very cramped and uncomfortable ( Chevy Cruze). I would like to rent for my family vacation this summer but feel I cannot trust what I request and what is provided will match.
