Dirty car

Car was dirty inside -lots of dog/cat hair on the cargo area. Messy window glass and windshield and also no washer fluid for the wiper.

Very Pleased with Discount

I have been dealing with Discount for about 4 years. I have dealt with other car rental companies in the past but none of them can compare with Discount in regards to convenience, pricing, promptness and excellence in customer service. My first choice will always be Discount. In my view they are #1

damage to car

there were 2 tiny scratches under front of car and on first inspection i didnt bend down low enough to notice if they were already there, so i was pointed it out when retuned car and do not recall how they got there it hasnt been resovled yet but i was hoping for benefit of dout. havent heard anyting yet
