Will NEVER use DIscount again and will NEVER recommend it to anyone
Have been using rentals in the past. I didn’t like the somewhat “hidden” charges. I booked a reservation online. I thought I got a great deal because I am only paying $18+. I was at the pick up point before 8am. I do understand that I need to do the paperwork and it will take a while. I am greatly disappointed that the van was not ready yet and that it was apparently still being cleaned. That was a 30 minutes wasted right there. Plus there was a $500 pre-authorized for one day rental and I think you should have informed us right from the very start - should it be in your online notice.

I was not given good service. the lady did not know enough information about rentals. she took too long to give us a vehicle. plus I was charged 150 because I did not have credit card.

Expected a clean vehicle...
I rented a van for moving, the inside was clean, but it was brought back the night before and didn't get a chance to get cleaned. The front of the van was full of bugs, with the sun sitting low, I could barely see through the windshield when I left the branch. Not a great first impression.

Arrive to pick up a cargo van that was pre-booked but not available. Business trip issue.
Booking was done months in advance. Arrived to pick up a cargo van to move
Goods to another city for work and the van was not available.
Went to another location. Got one BUT big noise as driving.
Now trying to get help with it before the next city.

When you open at 7:30, you OPEN at 7:30, not 7:45
This is the third time I have received late service from here, which jeopardized my own employment. When they opened at 7:45, the employee tried her best to go fast as possible. When I mentioned it was the 3rd time this has happened, the manager challenged me, and I provided her dates, making me feel like it was my own fault I was going to be late for my job. Not only was the manager Angela rude, but they reserved my car for the wrong day and tried to overcharge me when I have a corporate rate. I only used Discount because I had to. I will not be using them ever again.
