Discount Car and Truck Rentals...

When reserving on your website if you are unable to verify that you have a certain type of vehicle you should make that clear. I rented a van because I needed to put 3 car seats in the vehicle. I got 2 emails confirming my reservation, one even said we are getting your vehicle ready for you for tomorrow just to be told that this location doesn't have a van. We ended up having to take 2 vehicle to the nearest city that had a van at their location. Very disappointed with flawed website design.

Reserved a pick up truck...when I showed up at the scheduled time, no pick up was available. The one that was there needed an oil change apparently. I was offered to take a van from this location and swap it with a truck at another location, but this was a large inconvenience.

I traveled several km over the course of a week rental and having the truck cost me $150 more in fuel costs driving the truck instead a car.

The Fort McMurray location is the worst! They have no vehicles. I needed a rental of truck or full size SUV. Ended up with a small suv that I couldn’t even fit all my children In

We were in an accident and insurance offered us a rental, they wanted us to go with a different company but I chose you because of a pervious positive experience. We went to pick up the vehicle and no cars were available, they were going to upgrade us to a Van, but when we indicated that we didn't want a Van and would prefer an SUV or truck if they didn't have any cars. The attendant became exasperated and sighed like we were putting her out. We tried to ask her questions but she didn't answer us, changed the subject, or appeared to answer something else rather than talking about what we wanted to know. We left feeling stressed out more than we already were with the whole experience.
