time consuming

All though I reserved my car to be at the train station it was not. This was very inconvenient. the delay time was over 1 hour

Fake promises!

They overbook online and when you go to store they don't have car available at all or they make you wait 2 hrs for it. I had to cancel my whole trip because of no cars at location earlier. I will never use their service again.

Poor

When initial rental the pick up at my house was missed by 3 hours , causing me to miss other appointments. When the return time was set at 4-5 pm it did not happen . Car was picked up next day at 10am These aren’t a huge deal but this is a service industry and if you can’t make commitments then at a minimum a phone call should be made . I am a busy person and do not have time to wait for people that tell me a time and not show up

Overbooked

Overbooked did not have my reservation from 2 months prior and I had to fight with them to get a conclusion for a substitute vehicle but had to wait till following day and travel back to store 4 times at my expense

Selection of Car

The overall service was excellent but the only thing I am unsatisfied with is that I never got the car which i Booked, each time I am getting something else from what I booked. Apart from that everything seemed nice
