Palladino Honda

First they gave me wrong size of tires. Made appointment to have proper one put on. Couldn't find tires . Had a 2 hour wait. Then they had to stud them. Ran out of studs. Was there for 2 half hours had to get a rental. I had to work 12 hour night shift with no sleep. When making an appointment the parts should be there. I have had my car since september and this is the second time I've had an appointment and parts weren 't there. So i am being respectful considering my time is not being respected. I havent even had the car for 2 full months. This is a very large investment. I am fearing my next appointment cause my trunk latch isn't working. And again the car is 2 months old. Thanks Jessica

The service was good but I was kept late. They gave me an extra 5% off, but they had my car for the entire day and I was still kept an hour late after I arrived at the end of the day to pick up the car.

The service desk was able to work within the constraints of the shop expectations. The fact that the shop was late finishing the work was not their issue, and they tried their best with what they had to work with

I was very pleased with customer service staff. Very pleasant and professional The courtesy ride to and from work was also well done - good service / great employees Palladino HAS to do something about parking - to make it very simple - you need more room to park / that was awful and it’s getting worse every time I go

I have been with Palladino Honda now for about 8 years and I not only truly love the Honda CRV for its security and reliability but the service at Palladino Honda has always been excellent.
